Jimmie Dale Neff
WHEELERSBURG-Jimmie Dale Neff, 64, of Wheelersburg passed peacefully at his home Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Born June 5, 1959, he was the son of the late Oscar and Roberta (Stiles) Neff. Jimmie attended school at Scioto Furnace. Jimmie married Beverly (Payton) Neff, June 2, 1984 and together they raised five children. Jimmie spent his spare time fox hunting, horseback riding and playing pranks on his employees at Jim Neff’s Drywall. Jim loved his grandbabies and great grand babies fiercely and always looked forward to their visits. Especially his daily visits with Axel (The Boy) and Oaklynn. Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly (Payton) Neff, two sons, Jimmie and Timothy Neff, two sisters, grandson, Austin Justus, granddaughter, Shawnacy Toler and two great grandsons. Surviving are his daughters, Nicole Payton, Kimberly Neff and Jodi (Donald) Delong, one son, Cody (Micshell) Neff, grandsons, Chance Neff, Trace Justus, Dakota Bennett, Chase Delong and Payton Neff, granddaughters, Courtney Nolf, Lacy Rhoades and Charity Depriest and ten great grandchildren. Jim will forever be cherished and loved by all who knew him.
Graveside services for Jim will be 11:00 am Friday, May 10, 2024 at Vernon Cemetery with Pastor Richard Stiles officiating. Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg has been entrusted with the arrangements. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
