LUCASVILLE-Constance Lou Roberts, 65, of Lucasville, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at SOMC in Portsmouth. Constance was born April 14, 1958 in Baltimore, MD to the late Lonnie Roberts and Mary Dean Stapleton. In addition to her parents, Constance was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack and Raymond and two sisters, Violet Schaffer and Janie Steele. Constance is survived by her sons, Rex Kerns Jr., Nick Kerns, Elvis Kerns, Jason Kerns and Brandon Cooper; her daughters, Connie Sue Kerns and Crystal Gail Kerns; a brother, Sonny Steele; eighteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
