Glenn Williams
1929 - 2025

Glenn Ellis Williams, 96, of Wheelersburg, OH passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025 at his residence. He was born May 15, 1929 in Carter County, KY, to the late Merritt Estill and Wilsie Ellen (Ellis) Williams. He was also preceded in death by his wife Mary Ann (Moore) Williams. After graduating high school he proudly served in the United States Army. After the Army he joined the Atomic Chemical Workers Union and retired from the Goodyear Atomic Plant. He was a member of the Western Sun Masonic Lodge #91. Along with his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two sons: Glenn Richard “Rick” Williams and Scott Alan Williams. Those left to cherish his memory are a son: Randy (Jennifer) Williams; a granddaughter: Fiona (Craig) Melville; two grandsons: Alexander and Bengiman Melville and several family and friends that will miss him greatly. A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at the Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home, 11623 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH with Pastor Chris Oiler officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Burial Park. Visitation will from 11:00am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
